Error While Creating IO - SBL-EAI-04200

Hi Folks,

I want to create a new IO for Inbound web service, I am using Contact BO and Contact BC  in IO Builder page.  But I am facing below error:

Error:  An error occurred processing Business Component 'INS Household' for Multi-Value Group (MVG) 'business object Contact's Link'. Error in 'Contact/INS Household'(SBL-EAI-04200).  For fix this i have tried below Steps:

Note:  I have queried "INS Household" BC but that BC  not available.

Try 1:

1.   Remove the "Contact / INS Household" Link which is Placed for  "INS Household" BC  Under the Contact IO 

Try 2:

1. Inactivate the "Contact/INS Household" Link
