add header and footer to all emails

Is it possible to add header and footer to all emails leaving peoplesoft system? : Several questions about email and security, and how to brand emails, I would appreciate your input We would like to add a header to all emails sent from peoplesoft, most of our processes are delivered, using application engines and sqrs the most, either from application server or process scheduler. Our security team is wanting to add a header to all emails sent from peoplesoft to verify their authenticity, given the amount of spam users get. Is there a way to add a header to all emails being sent from peoplesoft?
