Is there a way to send email to user when password is changed within OAAM

We use OAM-OAAM-OIM integration (11gR2PS3). I need to send an email to a user, when their password is changed within OAAM. Preferably, during the "forgot password" flow.  I looked at creating and Action Template/Instance using the EmailAction, but the parameters shown below seem to be more for an administrator not the person who's password was changed. Was hoping it would be more like OIM's notification templates. With that said, does anyone have a suggestion on how to proceed?
