Promise to Pay - Bill Receivables (History Tab)

Hi, We noticed that when reviewing in the History Tab (Type = Promise) after creating a Promise to Pay for a Bill Receivable, this specific detail does not populate.  We found it populates for other transactions, but not Bill Receivables.  Any Advice?
