In PTF, the log out actions don't work

The recorded log out actions are flagged with the red flag upon execution.  I found the delivered LIB CLASSIC_FLUID_SIGNOUT_LIB and it logs me out successfully 90% of the time.  I have tried many variations to make it work in the 10% that it didn't work with CLASSIC_FLUID_SIGNOUT_LIB but no luck. How can I log out consistently without getting the red flag?
