PUM Image 28 - PPLSOFT overridden by PSAPPSERV

We are currently working on applying HCM PUM Image 28. We are experiencing some issues after running the compare report against the Copy of Production environment, we found there are many objects replaced by PSAPPSERV oprid, but it supposed to be PPLSOFT.

There is a solution provided in the Oracle support.  https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2310960.1

But, we also found even the few customized objects have been overridden by PSAPPSERV, which is a major problem.

I worry that If we apply the Oracle solution, then the oracle script might update even the customized object with PPLSOFT.

Just wanted to know if anyone experienced this issue while upgrading to HCM PUM-28, and what you did?
