How to track the History of Bankruptcy?

If Collector has put 1 Customer on Bankruptcy and moved out of Bankruptcy e.g. Discharge Bankruptcy in that case how one would know that there was a history of Bankruptcy on the customer?

is there anyway we can track this history? or Audit trail?
