Issues with weblogic 10.3.6

We are enabling SSL on our testing site and are getting issues.

We got SSL certificate and installed it successfully. I was able to see it all working fine in pskeymanager. When i goto weblogic console and try to set it up by adding alias of pskey and password, it is spitting out below error. It is not saving pskey information and password. I cannot find any issues in PIA-weblogic.log.

I applied weblogic 10.3.6.13 patch and that did not help. same error .. Any ideas on how to fix this???
