Promise to Pay note grayed out

Hi Team,

We have created a note for the transactions in the Notes tab for collections, but when we go to History tab and select Promise type to see the notes but getting an error. Can any one help on this issue.

ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:

DRG-10502: index JTF_NOTE_POLICY does not exist
