Calculation is not working

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

Recently, We installed 16 version, when we are creating Standard allocation after giving all details (Location, Policy templates). Then we are clicking Calculate button system is stuck with status Calculating .

Pre-request  that is needed for policy template before creating Standard Allocation.

Kindly suggest me on this .
