Setting up a New Plan in Oracle Incentive compensation Module

Hi Gurus

I am new to OIC and we are in R12.1.3.  I am planning to set up a plan , Need to compare the Transaction Amount and sum(quantity) and determine the amount from the base table.

I created 2 dimensions and attached the 2 dimensions to 2 input expressions .

Some how my calculations are wrong.

Any suggestions?
