Greetings

We are seeing this program IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table running longer in EBSPROD. EBS version is R12.2.6. Also i had a look at the concurrent program log and i see the below message:

You can see that there is delay of close to 5 hours between the opened cursor and updated staging info.

Total updated 0 rows with strategy info

Opened Cursor  c_aging_summary  cursor at time: 02/01/2019 06:45:02

Updated aging info in Table IEX_DLN_UWQ_SUMMARY at time: 02/01/2019 11:26:13

End Insert_summary

I see a bug id: Bug ID 26402155, dont have any details. How do i fix this issue? Is this a known problem and do we have a patch for it?
