Disable Time Category Comparison from Time Tile on ESS

We have enabled Time Tile on ESS in fluid mode. Under Time Tile we have provided access to Request Absence, View Absence, Cancel Absence and View Absence Balance pages. When the employee clicks on the Time tile, he gets an additional Time Category Comparison Grid at the right corner of the page.

We do not want to show this Grid to the employee. We checked related actions but could not find any service setup for this content reference.

Can we know from where this can be deactivated or hidden.

P.S - We do not use Time and Labor.
