HCM PI 29 PIA dies on Win2012R2

Installed HCM PUM 29 (Native OS) on Windows 2012R2 server. This server has had many HCM PUM images installed over the years.

Meaning cleanup is run, and then the latest HCM PI is installed.

Once PI29 was installed, it has been booted up and working fine, except that after few hours during the day, login page is not accessible.

Going to psadmin and checking on PIA status, shows stopped. Looking at logs, shows no errors, except for typicall SSL informational messages.

Looks like PIA just dies after few hours of running. No changes that we know of have been made to this server. Anyone else experiencing PIA dying on this PI29?
