Strategies not refreshing automatically based on scores

Hello,

We have created three strategies like Soft, Moderate and Hard based on Score 70, 50 and 30 respectively. in Test instance transactions are created to satisfy the strategies and scores.

Lets assume for one customer three transactions created to satisfy strategies Hard, Moderate and Soft. After running the required program the customer is showing Hard strategy in collections that is correct (we are taking lowest applicable score to determine strategy). Now Customer has paid old due invoice i.e. Hard one and only left 2 invoices which are Moderate and Soft. I ran the required programs to see the strategy and scoring.

But still old strategy (Hard) showing and not auto refreshing to Moderate. Can anyone please help on this what is the process to auto change the strategies based on score.
