GLS2003 out of balance report not picking up total balance (excluding 0 period amount)

GLS2003 out of balance report not picking up total balance (excluding 0 period amount)  The amounts eliminated on the ledger are not the amounts showing on the report.  Effectively the rollover balances are not being included on the Consolidation out of balance report.
