Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can we apply IH 9.1 Image 8 on top of our upgraded database from IH 9.0 to IH 9.1 Rel 3?

We are doing a upgrade from IH 9.0 to IH 9.1 Release 3. After this upgrade, can we apply Image 8 also on top of upgrade IH 9.1 Rel 3 system?

Please suggest.
