Dear all,

I have completed the accreditation for Oracle Cloud Support (having a passing score) and when trying to download the diploma online, I cannot see my name.

It appears like this :

ORACLE SUPPORT

certifies that
NOT_FOUND NOT_FOUND

Can you please somebody assist me on solving this case?
