Custom Fields on Voucher header

Hello,

If I look at the PS_VOUCHER table there are custom fields on it.  Looks like about 6 of them.  If I look in App Designer at the VCHR_HDR_SBP I am seeing a custom fields link but I don’t see it in the actual page.  I don’t see the links in our demo env either.  I looked at Installation options and the BU settings and the Payables links but I can’t find where to activate this link.  I can’t find the navigation through the Enterprise Components>Find Object Navigation page either.  Is there some setup that I need to define that allows
