purging obsolete workflow data

Hi

We have data back to 2004 that has never been purged. We would like to utilize the purging obsolete workflow data process but we're unsure as to what would be the appropriate number to enter in the Age parameter? We would like to keep data from 2016 to current. There fore how do we calculate the "Age" parameter so that only from 1/1/2004 - 12/31/2015 is deleted?

We want to do this for HRSSA, WERROR, and HXCEMP.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
