NavBar Error: "An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing"
Our users sporadically run into an issue where when using the NavBar, the message "An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing" is displayed instead of any menu items or folders.
We have an Interaction Hub (Portal Solutions 9.10.00.000, 8.55.22) with Single Sign On/Unified Nav to Campus Solutions (Campus Solutions 9.20.00.003, 8.55.12), Human Resources (HRMS 9.20.00.000, 8.55.22), Finance (Financials/SCM 9.20.00.000, 8.55.22), and Data Warehouse (EPM 9.10.00.000, 8.55.22).
It also seems to happen only in Chrome.
This is a tough issue to get exact reproduction steps on since it happens so sporadically. It can be fixed by logging out/back in, but for certain users who experience it more often, it can be quite frustrating.
