UI slowness in OIM PS3

Hello Experts,

We have upgraded OIM PS3 from OIM PS2 and we can see lot of slowness in the UI.Is there any properties which we can change so that Performance will increase ?

Examples

1. Suppose user 76543 is having the xlsystem admin role and logged into the OIM self service console ,clicked on the Administrator roles tab,to load the Roles tab,its takes more than one minute ,can we decrease time in loading the Admin-roles tab ?,if yes,please provide us solution.

2. suppose user 98765 has the OIM role Helpdesk role and loged in into the OIM self service console and if user tries to click on users tab,roles tab,it takes more time to load ,can we increase the performance of OIM to load fast ?
