SSO in our PeopleSoft environment with NetIQ Access Manager from Micro Focus

We are configuring SSO in our PeopleSoft environment with NetIQ Access Manager from Micro Focus.  From NetIQ, the PeopleSoft log in page display just fine.  Once entered credentials, it will loop until an attempt to try to close the browser to show the homepage.  Also, while in PeopleSoft, we are able to navigate around the application just fine, but when we tried to pull and open any value, it seems that the template is not find and not able to open any values.
