DataLoader getting SwitchUser error

Logged in to PTF using LDAP password.  Also tried 2-tier password.  Both gave the same error result when using DataLoader.Load,.  This error happens only with the DataLoader.Load command.

In using the command DataLoader.Load, when I click on the … square box in Recognition, I get an error.  I checked the app server log and it showed a SwitchUser error.

Processing SwitchUser command.  CtxUser=PSAPP/ENG, SwUser=USERID/+, SwConnInfo=-, SwToken=-

Exception happened while creating context

LDAP Error Code : 49

LDAP Error Message : Invalid Credentials

LDAP Exception Message : javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials]

PeopleSoft ID and Password authentication failed. Invalid password for user
