Supplier name change in India Tax Details form

Hi Experts,

We have an issue with supplier name change in India Tax Details form. We have created PO with "The Ajay Printers ( Rajasthan)" and India Tax Details form showing as "Akrati Advertisers-(Rajasthan)". why it is happening and we did not change the name in India Tax Details form. Please find the attached screen shot.

Please suggest us.
