Using Customisation Repository in PUM for PT 8.56

HI,

          We are about  use PUM to apply our first image ( 26 & 27) post upgrade  to PS  HCM 92 from 91. We already have project which holds all the customisation for which we did a retrofit during upgrade. We are now inPS HCM 9.2 PT 8.56.10. Current image is 25.

as part of PUM process, we have created the customisation repository by uploading this customisation project in to PUM source and also ran the "Run customisation Calculation" process.

Now, in the Manage Customisation page, if choose the option for this project  for the option "Include in Package" as NO, and then create new change package, it seems to knock off the objects available in customisation project ( which is as pr Oracle documentation). Now the question is will this knock of any required bugs which reference these customised objects or will these required bug objects be retained irrespective of the option chosen in the in the Manage Customisation page.
