IEX Bulk XML Delivery Job errors

Hi All,

We are using Advance Collections and running the required programs to generate the strategies and sending the letters based on scores.

While running the IEX Bulk XML Delivery program, program is completed with error and output was generated, in some cases IEX Bulk XML Delivery Job completed with normal and not output generated.

Can anyone let me know why the job is errored and how to resolve the issue.
