Issue with COBOL server exp 5.1 WP 15 installation on RHEL 7.6

We are facing the following issue.....

We just downloaded the MF Server Express WP 15 from edelivery.oracle.com, extracted the tar file and ran ./install.

-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 203069440 Jan 8 2018 sx51_wp15_redhat_x86_64_dev.tar

-rw-rw-r--. 1 psibmsup psibmsup 72356019 Feb 20 14:42 V975393-01.zip

Above - zip file downloaded and extracted to get tar file..

then we did tar xvf sx51_wp15_redhat_x86_64_dev.tar to get the following -

dr-xr-xr-x. 2 root root 45 Oct 12 2017 legal

-r--r--r--. 1 root root 10455 Oct 12 2017 ADISCTRL

dr-xr-xr-x. 10 root root 4096 Oct 12 2017 terminfo

-r-xr-xr-x. 1 root root 9513 Oct 12 2017 install

dr-xr-xr-x. 2 root root 4096 Oct 12 2017 aslmf

dr-xr-xr-x. 6 root root 4096 Oct 12 2017 lmf

-r--r--r--. 1 root root 11949 Oct 12 2017 eslmf-mess
