Why does the Collectible Amount not match the Collectible Transactions in the Collections Screen

Why does the Collectible Amount not match the Collectible Transactions in the Collections Screen

See below that the Collectible Transactions(top middle column) shows 120. However, the Invoice Instrument(below middle left column) shows 112. Why is this?

Also, the Current Row in the Aging Bucket shows 11 Invoice Instruments; however, does not show the amount collectible. Why is this?
