Migration to EDMCS from on premises DRM - Challenges

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We have a on premises DRM application installed for our project where we maintain all the finance master data. This is the single source of truth for all other on premises Oracle application e.g. Oracle EBS, Hyperion Planning, Oracle BI etc. In DRM we run we maintain/update hierarchies through DRM batch scripts. Other major imports,export and action script processes are also automated using DRM batch client. We feed GL COA data to EBS system by 'Load Segment Values and Hierarchies' program developed by Oracle. We have lot of custom properties and properties category in DRM.

Recently we got proposal to migrate the current on premises version to EDMCS. Kindly let us help with the knowledge how we can migrate to EDMCS keeping all the functionalities intact. Also kindly let us know how we can estimate the effort and identify the possible road blocks for this activity.
