OCOM/EOM MOS

Hello!

I'd need a hand on this: the customer runs a virtualized HA OCSBC with an embedded OCOM probe. There're two realms only - access and backbone, both QoS enabled. I see all calls from either realm; however I see MOS score for calls from access to backbone only and the other direction says - if I drill down in details - 'no data available' for each and every call. The customer doesnt report any outages and the MOS info is present in CDRs for either direction. Seems the SBC calculate MOS for all calls correctly, but for unknown reason is
