what to do with Upgrade Documentation manual steps in CP?

I'm setting up for a HCM v9.1/PT v8.53.15 to v9.2/PT 8.56.03 upgrade, and have created a test Change Package and tried running it (successful) to get a feel for the process.  Towards the end of the CP, its given a long list of manual steps related to documentation.  Do I perform the actions discussed in each doc? Or are these just documention of actions that were performed by the CP that I should review but, they dont require other action?
