PTF: What is the most effective way to provide login details in a PTF Test case?

Hi Everyone,

I am working with HCM & PTF. As you know, Most of our tests include simulating as an Employee/Manager/HR Admin etc..

My question is : What is the most effective way to provide login details in a PTF Test case?

Currently, I change the password details & provide them in the PTF Test Case. It is working for now but it takes some time.

Is there any other way to make the process of getting login details automatically? I tried using the DataLoader option to get details from PSOPRDEFN table. But it didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
