Error Navigating to workflow process object in local tools

Receiving series of errors to display each record in workflow process object of Local tools version.Server tools from same machine doesn't have the error

performed fresh db initialization still the issue persists

SBL-DAT-00590: An error occurred while attempting to look up the LOV value of 'Original System' of type 'ZERO_DTIME_MODE'.

SBL-DAT-00590:An error occurred while attempting to look up the LOV value of 'Need Function Spaces' of type 'TNT_SHM_CALENDAR_DISPLAY'.
