SIP interface replying to options with 500internal Server error

Hi

I have a problem where my SIP Interface is replying to options to the Service provider Session agent with 500 internal Server Error-

initially it was replying with 404 i have a HMR to fix that, but now am getting 500 internal server error, see error and HMR im using

I also have an issue where the SP session agent is sending me 483 too many hops
