LRT range does not route - 404

Hi

I have a LRT file for a range of numbers pointing to session group - test

For some reason it does not route my call - LRT for CUCM needs to be used

see config below

if i put a static LP with a number for the range it goes through- i have a feeling its the way my LRT file is setup but am not sure what i am missing
