Anyone have SIPREC working on a 6300 SD?

I only have entitlements enabled on my lab SBC for this proof of concept and cannot get it to launch a SIPREC request. Do I need a license?

I have an SRS defined on the ingress realm. I see the show rec stats increment on each call into that realm, but i do not see a SIPREC request being sent out (confirmed via tcpdump on SRS - sipd debug is not helpful so far for debugging siprec). Conversely, If I set session-recording-required to enabled, I get a 503 for recording not available, so I think the SBC is acting-on some of the config at least.
