Purchase Order on Department Level Ver 16

Hi All,

We are trying to create a multiple department Purchase Order (Manual) and my system setting for DEPT_LEVEL_ORDERS is set to N , but from front end i am not able to select multiple departments while creation of PO.

Am i missing any process , we want multi department items in one PO.
