Just did tools Upgrade to 8.56.14 from 8.55.25, now homepage is white and menus show up as blue hyperlinks.

Our HR92DMO region works just fine with PS/PS, but on our HR92DEV region, the screen looks white with blue hyperlinks down the left side, which are not functioning at all.
