We're currently on FSCM 9.2 with PeopleTools 8.55.15 and I'm beginning research for a PT upgrade to 8.56.x.  We are not currently using either the Search Framework or SES.  We are using hosted PeopleBooks.  I've read a great deal of the ES documentation and think I understand that, while ES is supported/required with PT8.56, we do not have to deploy it if we don't need the functionality in any of the FSCM application modules that we use.  We could deploy it anyway, of course, so that its ready if we need it later but, its not necessarily required.  Correct?
