How to make available the run to html (execute buttons) on Query Viewer

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 PT 8.53 with zero image update. Unable to extract and put in place the highlighted field for a user whom I've given query viewer navigation. Note as far as the record he wants to access it's there but unable to populate the following highlighted buttons to him so that he could execute the query:

The user is only able to see schedule only see below, but we would like to populate 'run to HTML', 'run to excel' and 'run to XML' so that the user could execute the query see below screen visible to the user:
