Approval page label changes using Page Composer

Hi Team,

We have included a custom section in the ER Approval pages and included the below fields.

we are unable to include field and field labels in this section.  Are we missing something ? How do we get options to include field and field labels in the section like the one shown below ?

For the custom added sections, we are unable to see Label ID , Label Type and Label Columns in the section.   Please review and help!
