Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Workflow notification attachments gets blank data for secure data when OLS Applied.

Hi ,

We configure ORACLE LABEL SECURITY in our system.

We faced one issue in Workflow notification attachment files.

US Citizens can able to see secure data like PO and INV invoices when we applied OLS. Noncitizens can't able to see the secure data this is correct.

US Citizens gets Workflow notification attachments file which contains blank data ..it supposes to see the data. Same thing able to see in Oracle.
