AME Next Approver Issue

I have created one custom AME solution with Custom workflow. Now my AME is working fine till first user and get approved at first approver instead of going to next approver. where as when I test AME using real run test it shows me 3 approvers which is correct.

To get next approver I am using ame_api2.getNextApprovers4 api.

Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
