Training recommendations for Siebel Tools

Can anyone recommend one of the Oracle training courses for experienced developers in Siebel CRM prior to IP2017 who need to learn the new features in Siebel Tools?  We are looking to upgrade and using Web Tools / Workspaces / Oracle XE etc is, of course, new to us.  We don't need the full standard installation and configuration of Siebel, just more developer focused on changes in Siebel Tools.
