SSO EBS 12.2 with Oracle Portal

We want to SSO integrate EBS 12.2 with Oracle Portal using OAM & OID.

We have successfully test integrated these 2 scenarios using the same OID & OAM:

- OID-OAM-EBS

- OID-OAM-Portal

Versions of the softwares:

EBS 12.2.8

Oracle Portal 11.1.1.6

OAM 11.1.2.3

OID 11.1.1.9

The issue we face is how to bridge the SSO between Portal & EBS. Accessing EBS from Portal gives the error:

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

The EBS integration is currently using AccessGate & WebGate.

What are the options available for us?

Is forgoing using AccessGate & WebGate an option?
