how to remove custom process from workflow definition?

Hello, we need to realize a test with seeded worflow po approval process, POAPPRV, we have customized the definition(process XX_POAPPRV_TOP), in order to get the seeded definition we run the command

WFLOAD apps/apps_passw 0 Y FORCE $PO_TOP/patch/115/import/US/poxwfpoa.wft

but open it with workflow builder from database tool we find that the custom process((process XX_POAPPRV_TOP)) it not was deleted

we try deleting from the workflow builder and save it to database but we began to receive errors doing the test:

ORA-20002 3114 Start_WF_Process() Activity POAPPRV/XX_POAPPRV_TOP is not a process
