Manual Type Work Items not timed out
Hi All,
We have created work items with type as Automatic (Email, Print) and few are Manual (Phone call, Visit), all these work items are assigned to Strategies.
When we run the Strategy Management program based on score strategies are assigning with correct work items. We verified the manual type work items are not timed out even they cross the time.
Example: work items is created like 28 days past due with post wait of 1 day, assume the transaction is over due and age days showing as 31. Still the work item status showing as 'To Be Create'.
The same way we have many work items based on age days yet to complete/timed out.
