Can you use SQL to Mass Update processes not posted?

We have over 300 processes in the monitor that have not posted due to an issue that we have resolved.

Is there a way to mass resending content for these jobs/processes using SQL?  If so, what Update SQL would we use?

It would be nice if the Process Monitor had a button on the page to select several processes at a time to resend the content (like it does for Delete Request, Cancel Request Hold Request and Restart Request)
