Read-Only Account Creation SBC 3900

Hello,

We have access to our Oracle SBC3900 servers with admin access (Read-Write). However, we also would like to create several local account with read-only access level. I have read the documentation and not sure what I found is okay or not. Do you have any idea how to configure this for a few users?
